• Cancellations are only accepted within the first 2 days of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
  
• Snow Globe Tumblers are hand wash only. Do not soak in water and avoid using hot water.
  
• Air bubbles may develop inside the cup over time. This is normal and is not considered a defect or grounds for a refund.
  
• If a package is damaged during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and different screen/display settings.
  
• Glitter Cups, Milkshake Cups, and Coffee Cups should be gently shaken before use to remix the contents.
  
• Lava Cups should not be shaken. Instead, flip the cup 10–15 times to activate the lava flow.
  
• Current turnaround time is 6–10 business days from the date your cup is made (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not include the shipping time required by USPS.
